Mardi Gras 2025 in St. Tammany Parish
Carnival season returns each year on January 6 with Twelfth Night celebrations, so beginning the season of revelry unique to southeast Louisiana. We have many ways to celebrate on the Northshore... parades will roll (or stroll, or strut), kings and queens will be crowned at Carnival Krewe Balls and all things purple, green and gold will adorn streets, houses, people and pups. It all culminates on Fat Tuesday, March 4, 2025, with celebrations right up to midnight. On The Northshore, we keep the paw-ty going a bit longer with dog parades in Mandeville and Covington on the following weekend.
